1. General
By using this website you agree to these terms. We sell lighting products to consumers within the European Union. All prices are displayed and charged in EUR.
2. Products & Pricing
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order confirmation. Prices include Finnish VAT (24%) for EU consumers unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We accept major credit/debit cards and EU bank transfers. Payment is processed securely by our licensed payment provider.
4. Delivery
Delivery terms are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
5. Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. To exercise this right, notify us at [email protected]. Refunds are issued in EUR within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Warranty
All products include a minimum 2-year legal guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771. Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For minor negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, design — is owned by Tralubindo Lighting Oy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy under GDPR.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or in Helsinki, Finland.
