Processing Time
Orders placed before 14:00 EET on business days are packed the same day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Packaging
Every luminaire is packed in recyclable cardboard with molded pulp inserts. Fragile glass components receive additional protective wrapping.
Customs & VAT
Orders within the EU include VAT at checkout. No additional customs charges apply for intra-EU deliveries. All amounts on your receipt are in EUR.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund in EUR.
Returns
Under EU consumer law you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed in EUR within 14 days of us receiving the return.
