Do you ship outside Finland?

What voltage are your luminaires?

All products are designed for 230V / 50Hz EU electrical systems. Plugs and wiring comply with CE marking requirements.

What is the warranty period?

Every luminaire carries a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty under EU consumer law. LED modules are rated for 25,000+ hours.

Can I return a product?

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unused items in original packaging. Return shipping from outside Finland is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.
